Author pulls from personal loss to help others with grief

Steve Havertz, author and mental health counselor, visited Good Day Utah on Tuesday to speak about his book "Dragonfly Wings for Emmalee."

Emmalee, Havertz's daughter, was diagnosed at 8-years-old with hepatocellular carcinoma, a form of cancer typically found in adults.  She passed away in October 2009.

Havertz pulled from his own personal loss to help give others life lessons and raise awareness about the disease that affected him family.
