Suspect sought in SLC bank robbery

The Salt Lake City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a man who robbed a First Utah Bank branch Tuesday afternoon.

The suspect entered the First Utah Bank at 115 E 1300 S at 2:12 p.m. and demanded money before fleeing.

The suspect is described as:

  • Male white adult
  • 30-40 years old
  • 5’9” and 160 lbs.
  • Brown curly hair
  • Brown beard
  • Wearing blue levis, and a blue plaid shirt.

The Salt Lake City Police Department asks anyone with information about this case to call (801) 799-3000. Callers may remain anonymous.

In addition, anonymous tips may be sent by text message to CRIMES (274637). Please start the message with the keyword TIPSLCPD.
